The Board of County Commissioners of Converse County Wyoming request that interested General Contractors (GCs) submit their Qualifications to construct the 2nd Phase of the Converse County Justice Center that includes a new Courts Building and Detention Center Expansion. These Qualifications will be used by the County to select four (4) or five (5) General Contractors who will be invited to Bid the Project.

| Interested General Contractors may request the complete RFQ Document, including select drawings of the Project, from Tim Schenk, AIA, at GSG Architecture, tschenk@gsgarchitecture.com, but no later than end of day January 27, 2021.

| Wyoming Contractors and Sub-contractors will be given a preference in accordance with State statutes. The County intends to award the Contract, based on the lowest combination of qualified Base Bid and accepted Alternates.
